FLOWERS USING PENCIL SHAVINGS




A Simple art from waste for kids.

MATERIALS REQUIRED :

Thick A4 Sheet paper or any chart papaer.
Colour papers from magazines.
Glue
Pencil shavings

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED :

1) Sketch a bouquet.
2) For stems and leaves , cut green colour papers from waste magazines and glue it to them.
3) For flowers , make pencil shavings and glue it to the shape of flowers.
4) Then decorate these flowers with colour pens.

We can either frame it with some stampings or make cute greeting cards .

Sending this to Kids Friendly Crafts Event .

wonderfu shama.. how i missed yr site...hm so late noticing.. my daughter wll love this blog very much.. both my kids are much interested in drawing, coloring and hand crafts.

my lil one 3 yrs started coloring now and scrible some shapes. got 2nd prize in coloring in his school.. love this blog so much dear. will visit freequently.

Hi shama....a VERY NEW YEAR!i know offlate i havent been much on the blogging scene.....i have been busy shifting....so havent actually checked my mails also...but nevertheless friends like you who keep checking on me and letting me abt things happening is such a delight....thank u so much!!!please bear with me for a few more days....As much i did love to participate in all the events be it food or crafts....i havent got down to sorting my things yet....so hopefully soon will be able to do something on that....in the mean while will keep visiting you and i will try to include a project for the kids event.....take care...thanks for reminding me

I did take note of this post when I was in India. I have saved pencil shavings just to make this. Good for children :) easy to make also

Nice blog Shama...like the layout...as usual. A whole new blog for crafts, sounds nice. This pencil shavings...I too did this when I was a kid. Long time since done anything of crafts sort...
